InfraWatch bundles its application, local database and media service together. Your primary workload stays on your own computer and network. There is no separate media server installation and no mandatory cloud account for everyday monitoring.

Hybrid storage: fast local video, an optional cloud copy

Primary recording and playback stay local for speed and reliability. Selected video can optionally synchronize directly to cloud storage as a resilient cold archive, with retention defined by policy. Local operations continue uninterrupted if internet access is lost.

Multi-site visibility with Admin and Agent mode

Pro mode is designed for organizations running several branches, warehouses or facilities. Each site runs an Agent installation independently, recording and operating locally, while an authorized central Admin installation receives secure connections and gives one consolidated live view across linked sites.
