AI Automation Services

Your automation runs through InferxSpace agents. We customise the agent workflow for each business requirement—from the information it receives and the systems it connects to, to the approvals and actions your team needs.

Document processing

Explore extraction, validation and preparation of information from business documents. Route incomplete or uncertain inputs for review.

Enquiry and service handoffs

Organize incoming requests, identify missing information and prepare a structured record for the right team. Confirm the permitted actions before connecting systems.

Approvals and reporting

Prepare approval requests and recurring operational summaries from agreed inputs. Keep named reviewers responsible for decisions that need judgment.

Choose a workflow with a measurable outcome

Start with a process that repeats, has a clear owner and produces a result you can verify. Record how work arrives, where information is copied and what delays completion. An enquiry intake or document review workflow is easier to scope than an instruction to automate an entire department. We agree what counts as success before implementation, including review effort and exceptions rather than only the number of drafts produced.

Combine rules, agents and human review

Fixed checks and calculations can use conventional software. Agents can help interpret varied messages or documents and prepare the next step. Define which fields must be verified, which actions require approval and what happens when the input conflicts with a business rule. For invoice workflows, for example, preparing information for review is different from authorizing a payment. The scope must make that distinction explicit.

Assess the systems before promising an integration

An automation depends on authorized access to the systems it connects. We review available APIs, account permissions, data formats and existing operational constraints. A CRM, ERP or shared inbox is not automatically compatible simply because it is widely used. Discovery confirms the integration method and ownership of credentials, while the design specifies how failed updates and duplicate requests are handled. InferxSpace is used within the agreed implementation scope.

Pilot, compare and improve

Evaluate the workflow against representative examples and the current manual baseline. Include incomplete inputs and unusual cases, not just the easiest requests. Compare time to completion, correctness, manual corrections and operating cost. Identify who monitors the workflow and who can change its rules after launch. Bring sample inputs with sensitive data removed, approximate monthly volume and the systems involved to a first conversation about feasibility and a focused pilot.

What business processes can you automate?

We assess document intake, enquiries, approval coordination, reporting and other repetitive handoffs. Suitability depends on the inputs, integration access, business rules and level of review required.

Is this the same as a chatbot?

No. A chatbot is an interface. Workflow automation includes how information moves between systems, what actions are allowed, and how exceptions reach the responsible team.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

Not necessarily. We first assess ways to connect the systems you use. The available APIs, permissions and data quality determine what is practical.

How much does AI automation cost?

The number of workflows, integration effort, document variation, volume and approval requirements affect cost. We scope a pilot and discuss implementation and recurring operating costs before expansion.
